The third adventure of the doctor takes place entirely in the TARDIS.

TARDIS
One of the few times that the entire story was set inside the TARDIS (i'm not sure if the recent amy's choice counts, because they thought they were earthside for some of the episode) This was largely a character piece, where a malfunction in the TARDIS sets them in a kind of protective loop, which somehow makes everyone go a bit crazy, the are eventually able to come together and figure out the problem, and fix it.
While it was cool to have a bottle episode, and a nice little break bewtween the Daleks and Marco Polo, the 'fast return switch' explanation was a bit disappointing. The resolution of this episode did bring about to the Doctor and Barbara and Ian all finally getting along and becoming a coherent crew.
